BUY step-by-step:
1. Find the product you want to buy.
2. To place the product in your shopping basket, click “Add to shopping basket”.
3. You can then continue your search, if you want to buy more.
If you have second thoughts or if you want to make changes to your order (e.g. the number of items), you can either delete using the Delete key or correct the number in the box. To view the price after changes, click “Update shopping basket”.
Then you proceed to Checkout. The next screen is "Proceed to Checkout".
On the next screen, select payment type and postage.
Then enter your customer details and delivery address (if different from customer address). Click "Continue”.
Confirm your order – a summary of your order and the data you have entered.
Your order is not sent until you click “Complete purchase”. If you leave the page without clicking "Complete purchase", your purchase will not be completed.
We send confirmation of your order to the email address you have given in your customer details.
You will also receive an email when your order has been despatched.

PAYMENT
Aura of Copenhagen accepts payment with Dankort/VISA Dankort, VISA, EuroCard, MasterCard, e-Dankort etc. Payment will not be withdrawn from your account until the product is despatched..
Aura of Copenhagen encrypts all your personal card details using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that your card number and other information cannot be read by a third party during the PBS transaction.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to return Aura of Copenhagen jewellery within a period of 14 days from the day you receive your order. If you choose to cancel your purchase, all you have to do is return the product unused and in the original packaging. When we have received and approved returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within a couple of days. You cover the cost of returning the goods. DELIVERY
Aura Of Copenhagen takes care to deliver your order via Post Danmark (unless otherwise stated) to arrive within 6-7 days. On-time delivery relies on Post Danmark's day-to-day delivery service Any delay occurring at Post Danmark will automatically delay your delivery relative to the date of delivery stated. Aura Of Copenhagen is not liable for delays at Post Danmark.
Aura of Copenhagen offers free delivery in Denmark. Charge for delivery outside Denmark is 300 DKK.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
No personal information registered by Aura Of Copenhagen, will be disclosed, sold or made available to a third party at any time. All information is stored prudently and is only available to entrusted employees at Aura Of Copenhagen.
The webshop system uses a safe encrypted method in connection with electronic payment.
The webshop system uses cookies to control the content of your shopping basket. A cookie is a file that is saved on your pc. It is possible to ask the system to save your personal details until your next visit. If subsequently you want to delete your personal details, you can delete them via your browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, you enter the “Functions” menu and item “Internet settings”.
When you make a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone no. and email address. This information is used only to process your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in encrypted form and saved for 5 years. The purchase agreement is not stored at Aura of Copenhagen such that you can log in at a later date and view or change status.
We also register the IP address from which any purchase is made. Under normal circumstances we have no use for the IP address but it can be used in a police investigation. All fraudulent orders will be reported to the police!
In accordance with the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, on request, we will inform customers of the details registered and, in case of an objection, we can delete details as required.
COMPLAINTS
Under the Danish Sales of Goods Act, you have the right to complaint on any Aura of Copenhagen product within a period of two years of purchase in case of serious manufacturing and material faults that are observed in the product’s normal use. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear-and-tear, directly or indirectly caused by general lack of maintenance, incorrect handling, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised intervention. In case of complaints about errors and defects discovered during a normal check of the product, Aura of Copenhagen must be informed no later than 7 days after receipt of the product. The product can then be returned to Aura of Copenhagen for repairs, replacement and possible refund (by prior agreement). In case of complaint, Aura of Copenhagen will cover reasonable costs of return.

Any goods returns should also be sent to this address. Please note that we cannot accept goods sent COD. You can also return goods by refusing to receive them or by returning them in person. To assist the returns process, you are advised to supply complete details with the parcel, e.g. a copy of the order confirmation, registration no. and account no. for the bank account to which you wish a possible refund to be paid, copy of previous correspondence, etc.
Refunds
In case of agreed rebate, goods returns and pre-paid goods cancelled prior to despatch, all or part of the purchase price will be refunded. Refunds will normally be paid by bank transfer and Aura of Copenhagen needs therefore to have the registration no. of your bank and your bank account no. This information is not confidential and can simply be sent to us via email or any traditional form of correspondence.
